really important question. Finding the right next drink.
my favorite is lipton lemon iced tea, nothing tastes better for me, it has sugar in it, so i only use it when really needed. I was a tobacco chewer and my teeth don't really need more damage, so water and milk for the most part for me.
But sometimes i just really like those cheaper condensed frozen fruit juices, take them home and make it up in a pitcher, then drink the entire thing. like white grape juice and so on. I like hot tea at night, green or black. Decaffeinated for me, caffeine makes me nervous, and i'm always shooting for calmness.
