EFFING CLOSING FROM HELL!
Damon just got an email from the mortgage broker saying that since we didn't close in December, the law changed and there's going to be a delay now so we won't be closing tomorrow according to her. She's saying the commitment fell through but we're still locked into the rate.
Meanwhile... our attorney hasn't told us anything about this???!!!
