Day 5 :)
Today is day 5 for me!!! Hit 80 hours this morning. I had a little insomnia last night... and some slight anxiety (just a racing heart)... but overall I feel pretty darn good. No seizures, tinglies, creepy crawlys, delusions, nightmares, hallucinations.... the things that scare me into KEEPING drinking once I get started
I don't crave any booze. The thought makes me want to throw-up, lol... I am gonna clean the house a bit today, do MORE laundry, take the kids into town to see Daddy at work... make some white bean soup for dinner.... just try and get back to a "normal" pace. I always feel better on some sort of schedule with to-do lists and stuff.
And of course, check in here throughout the day. Just doing that keeps me moving forward1
