I am only on day 2 today, so like you, just trying to take it minute by minute at the moment.
I am trying hard to keep thinking possitive thoughts about where the journey of sobriety will take me... whooohooo, that excites me and helps keep me 'up'
All the best for after work, can you pick up something nice for yourself on the way home? A nice coffee or juice etc... something that will feel like a treat?
Someone suggested that to me yesterday and I got myself a packet of expensive cappacino coffe, yummmmmm.
