Day 13, been such a breeze compared to Friday... I hate FRIDAYS!!!!!
I told my first friend today that i'm an alcoholic... i sent him a long emailing explaining the situation... I haven't had a reply yet!!!
Feel so different to every other attempt to stop. This isn't an attempt. I've stopped drinking. I've run out of excuses.
You guys have been an inspiration to me, your kindness and warmth have made such a difference.
