i agree with the above--subs have certainly been used (not as frequently as for initial opiate discontinuation) for cravings....they do work well and i personally tried them LONG after the w/d phase for pain relief-unfortunately for me, they did NOT even touch my pain. ultimately i went back to pain management and am doing very well working my own 'program'...take care all
