Hi Pogle - congratulations on trying to make a better, saner life for yourself. For me, every time I binged I always vowed this time would be different - I'd just have a few, go to bed early, you know. There was no controlling it in the end, ever. I wasn't supposed to drink during the week either, but found myself taking it to work with me and hiding it anyway. I was desperate to have it in my system at all times. I know you're not there yet, but when they say it's a progressive disease, they are not kidding. Never did I believe my first innocent beer would lead to 24/7 sucking down of vodka.
