I'm not sure if I should be here because I don't necessarily have an addiction to chemicals or drinking. I do have an addiction to being codependent and eating improperly. :codiepolice

I went to my second recovery meeting as I wrote before and I couldn't say anything. It was just overwheming enough to sit there with my very presence admitting I had a problem. How long does it take until you start talking in meetings?
