Dearest Pam, boy I wish I could give you a hug. I struggled with continuous relapses. I was frustrated and disgusted with myself. But you are doing something about it! And that is what it takes, for you and me, more than once or twice. It was a big deal for me to get to 30 days. I know whereof you speak.
