How weird is this... I just came back from a meeting, yes, I went to first one I have been to in a few years... just felt compelled and it I am glad I did. Then, I came home and wanted to macaroni and cheese... from scratch of course... I then sat down at the computer and came here and the first thread I pulled up is Gwen's!!!! Thanks for a new way to make it! I use sharp cheddar and parm. cheese and I put in a touch of nutmeg and a dash of hot sauce. Comfort food. I love to cook... why don't you all come here and let me cook for you?!?!?!
