Yeah I agree with you! It has slowed down now but still eating a lot more than I did before. Body has to be trying to compensate for the lack of those sugars in liquor. I used to be pretty light with food intake and since the drinking stopped it has definately gone up. Good thing is I am not just sitting down with a glass in my hand.....back to the workouts and my energy level has finally started to get back to where it should be. All things considered....it is going well. Figured by day 30 I should be balanced out with workouts, eating, sleeping, etc.....or at least I hope!
