I think it's just the addictive personality.. my AH actually breaks the pills in half and chews them. That just shows me how chemically dependant he is. According to my AH pills hit your system quicker if you chew them.
I remind my husband all the time that he is hurting his liver, kidneys and that is stomach lining is probably being eaten away but he ignores me too because he is so "knowledgable" about drugs. Basicly he knows just enough about drugs to be dangerous.
But what can we do? I quit trying to understand my addicts way of thinking a long time ago.
I don't know to much about Wellbutrin but I do know that xanax can be addictive. My AH likes to use those to mellow out.
