I am trying to maintain balance. I am still learning.
I'm trying to lose some of the weight that I gained while I was drinking so I cut back my food intake. However, I do indulge in the occasional sugar craving.
I have a major sweet tooth. I have a tendency to overdo anything. I have to be very careful.
I love oreos, by the way. Haha, I have to keep that in check!
I don't readily keep a stock of sugary snacks in my apartment but at times when I get the urge, I go out and splurge on a sugary treat.
Again, it all comes down to balance.
