The last few years when I was drinking, I had a horrible diet.... consisting mostly of alcohol and junk food.
Now my body has a shock because I have thrown it into a major overhaul. No alcohol, healthy diet/exercise. It's weird.
I think the healthier diet and exercise will help some of it.
I do have a "something, something" craving that I can't ever put my finger on. It's like I'm searching for something to fill me up but can't find what I am looking for.
I am going to try to get out and exercise today.
Hopefully that will help lift my mood too. I'm having a down day today.
