I'm so tired today. I couldn't sleep last night... finally did get a few hours. I pretty much cried myself to sleep last night.
I had a horrible headache and all of a sudden, got very sad. Thought about coming on here and posting about it, but I didn't.
I'm committed to staying sober today. Having a rough time but I will not give up. There's nothing in life that a drink wouldn't make worse so picking up a drink or using anything is not an option.
Just facing life, the good and the bad.
And I'm seeing a doctor this week and I'm so scared.
