Shygirl, I was always so resentful & miserable on a Friday when I first quit. I promise, the intensity of that feeling fades as you go along. It's been such a way of life for us for so long we have to learn to live again in a different way. The "good buzz" as Rachel put it became elusive to me in the end - all I got was a little further down the road to hell. I'm so proud of us all for not caving tonight. Damn, we're great.
