I deal with this same problem though. Please see a doctor! I take a fiber solution every morning which helps a little. One thing I've found that works extremely well is a product called Colon Clenz. You can buy it off the shelf at Wal-Mart for around $7 for 40 capsules. All-natural, it worked great for me.
