Rachel,
I hope to see a day four thread from you tomorrow.

Your body etablished a pattern of accepting the alcohol and now is rejecting the fact it does not have any.

I know when I quit I get cravings for alcohol and sugar. Go treat yourself to some ice cream or sugary treat and see if that helps with the cravings.
