Hey Rachel, welcome to SR! Yes, 3 days is great and eventually it gets much better.
Recovery can be a slow process though, it takes determination and a lot of hard work. Don't take a drink no matter what! Keep using that support and try to have an open mind about AA or
any program of recovery. It's difficult to do this alone, that's why we're all here for help and support.
