I am grateful...
I am grateful that I am alive today. I am grateful that I got up this morning with no hangover and got my child off to school. I am grateful my husband still loves me despite some of the really bad, stupid things I did while drunk off my ass, not thinking of him or us at all during those moments. I am grateful that I have made it 10 days sober and I have the chance to sit here and be grateful and appreciate what I still have and how easily I could have lost it.
