((city)) I stopped eating any flour or sugar again and it feels really good. I did it before for two years and then relaxed a little on the flour eating some bread/crackers and stuff like that... anyway. I eat as much as I want of anything except white processed flour products and white processed sugar products... The results are fabulous..
