nogard, you are so true about exersise.to be honest i use to hate it.the last 3mos though i've made myself take care of my body threw diet and exersise.i've never felt better mind,body&soul.i started real gradual and build it up little by little.when i look in the mirror i feel good about myself and my body.im up to bicycling but i do want to start running its much more effective.you have given me the motivation in this dept,so thanks..
