I find that without the demands drinking and being hung-over used to make on my time, I've become more consistent about practicing good habits.
I'm sleeping well and regularly. My morning workout has grown to 300 crunches and 2 miles daily, 100 push-ups every other day. I've consistently banked 10% of my gross and have become more aggressive about paying down my debts. I'm setting reasonable goals for the future and taking steps to achieve them.
