It does help. That's nice and simple. I'm really bad at identifying what I'm feeling. I'm not a touchy feely person so I tend to think, I'm fine. What's my problem? Everything is good. And when it's not good, I think, well. I don't want to think about that.

I'm going to try your suggestion today, just to see if there is anything there, recognize it, not fear it and turn it into something positive. I like that. Thank you.
