Hey HeavyJ. Thanks for asking. We actually just had the "open house" on Sunday to showcase all of our Bistro offerings. It went quite well. We will have a soft opening next week followed by the Grand Opening the following week. The next few days will be filled with more practice runs and free food for the locals. One can't sell until the city issues the health permit. I should have that in hand by the end of the week though.
The Bistro itself is painted in ocean colors and will feature local art hanging on the walls (plus a couple of my guitars). There is a great deck that is shaded with a huge old pecan tree. In a month or so folks can enjoy a sandwich out there.
