Welcome to SR. I am the mom of an addict daughter, 22. She is currently clean from heroin (74 days), living at home and working a program. I have never had to kick her out (yet) because she was living away from home when her addiction started. But I did need to learn to detach from her and live my own life. Not easy, but doable.
