My RAD relapsed big time earlier this month and then.....stopped. Over the weekend the cell phone bill came in. She pays s $35 a month to be a part of our plan which includes 1500 text messages. She had gone over this by 2000 outbound messages, ( can you imagine) during her relapse and each one cost 10 cents. Her initial reaction was that the bill was wrong ( yeah sure)
She got paid today and without any prompting took care of her obligation.
I cherish moments like this, just for today.
That's so great! I bet she was proud of herself to deal with her own mistake also...
I recently messed up on my cell phone plan and got my bill, it was over
$250.00, I didn't get it, was mad at first, but just took an extra job
and cringed and paid it.
Then the next month, I did the same thing, but it was $400.00.....
I almost passed out... I've never gone that much over, so I found out
I used to have tons of rollover minutes but I've used them all, so now
all my yacking was costing me..
I'm a texter and a talker also, it is what it is, that is just how we talk.
When I was using, I just wouldn't have dealt with it, no money, and I wouldn't have known how to deal with it. lol
But I called the guy and fixed it, and now have unlimited minutes!

But anyway, it was nice to not have to get my phone shut off, call my Mom
and tell her it was being shut off, which always happened when I was using.
I was pretty happy about that, I bet your daughter was happy to have
fixed her mistake too. It feels good....
