Hello Garry and thank you for the useful suggestion. I guess, like many say, the frequent prayer takes a while to get accustomed to doing. Then, like anything else done regularly, becomes habit, and eventually routine. I am praying more than earlier in recovery, that is for sure. What's funny is that I have reminders all over the place, alarms, notes, objetcs, lol. I beat myself up tooo much though always thinking I'm not doing good enough, what's up with that? My sponsor thinks i'm doing just fine.
