Hi, it happens that way, some days good, some days bad but no matter what I know that alcohol/drugs can't make it any better and only end up making it worse. I like to run when I'm feeling down, I also tend to pray and then read something. I've found that when I'm reading it's hard to focus on poor little me. They say the worst neighborhood in town is being alone with your own thoughts. Well, hang in there... The Sun will come up tomorrow... er.. sorry about that!
