My first day of no phone calls...
I must say I am quite proud of me. There were a couple of times I wanted to pick up the phone to call home but held back and he didn't call me either. I was also afraid of what I was going to come home to.
All is quiet here, which was a relief. He told me he is going to start from scratch, therapy, back to mental health place (he has that dual diagnosis thing going on). Again, no going to hold my breath but it was nice to hear, and if it happens even better. I only responded ok, you do what YOU need to do and walked out of the room.
Anyway, just wanted to share that. I am going to try another day of no phone calls from work tomorrow. It sure is hard.
