The insomnia is deadly. Here I am at 3:12 a.m. approximately who knows how many days after quitting cold turkey. The insomnia lingers for a long time. Just when you think you've got it kicked. BAM.
Read Impurrfect's post. You're going to think, "Oh, we're cool now - let's just order up a bottle to have around so that we can do just a couple here and then."
If this is your first time to quit, you'll probably fail and repeat. Don't let that happen!!!!!
If you do order up a bottle in a weak moment, commit to throwing it away when the mail comes. Think of it as an investment in your strength. Don't throw it somewhere where you can retrieve it in the middle of an insomnia night. Flush em.
