Ananda, feeling negative emotions does not make you self-centered it makes you human!
We all have bad days...days when our emotions are all over the place. I would be willing to bet that even non- alcoholics have days like that! lol
I try very hard to make sure I remember that not everything in my life has to do with alcoholism, so much of life and its ups and downs is just part of being human.
