I don't call it ungrateful and self centered, I call it being depressed. You don't need to apologize, I understand and I've been there too, still there too often. Sometimes it just sucks, doesn't it? I think it's a good thing that you're posting your feelings instead of drowning them! That's what we're here for, ya know, to encourage and hug you when are discouraged and can't hug yourself.
We all need someone we can lean on, so if you want to, you can lean on me.
