Hi,
This is my third or fourth post on here. Never had any help from anyone
since I stopped drinking but think I need to shout it to the world so others know they can do it. It is possible- I'm living proof of it.
Mind you, I was in rehab three times over the past 20 years and had
a very thorough understanding of the disease.
It finally took me living alone on a farm with no friends or family to finally
make the necessary change.
I will pop in here now and again but more than likely drift off because
not thinking about alcohol is what works for me.
