Nothing lasts forever and that includes your pain. I'm not making light of it, but time will help heal the pain.
Today why not just thinking about staying in today? Don't rush ahead, don't look back. Focus on yourself because when you start all the thinking about your husband, it only hurts.
Meetings helped me get through the pain. Could you make one? It's at a meeting I learned about the phrase, "Walk through the pain to the peace."
