The God Box is in need of those notes..........not sure you are really doing that....... Work on it and let your program feel peace......and you feel the weight lifted a bit....
Today is a good time to do other work on your program...... reach out and help someone else feel welcome in the program......
You can also get in that much needed walk and get some exercise....no time to feel sorry for yourself........................take that walk to your meeting if close enough.... Or park far enough away to walk a long distance in if safe.......
