Ambien can be a dangerous sleep drug stoney. I've never tried it but someone close to me has. It caused anmesia and 'odder' behavior & mood swings. I don't even want to try it even though it's been pushed at me.It doesn't seem to agree with your mum IMO. On the other hand, she might try taking it while
in bed and waiting to fall asleep instead of still pottering about the kitchen.
Don't worry about what your mum has seen. Like Dee said above... you have been sober more than not
. Mother's love their sons anyway so don't dwell dear.
