I made these TWO weeks in a row. They are rich and delicious.
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 teas. vanilla
2 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
cream the butter and cheese, add vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar. Put in freezer to harder. Roll into balls. Put in freezer to harden more
Melt chocolate bark in crock pot. Dip the balls in the chocolate.
Enjoy! And get diabetes test after you eat them.
Oh......you can add coconut, peanut butter, mint extract........the list is endless
