I am so happy I have made it again. I was so scared that I would fall into the old cycle again. I had been clean and sober for 2.5 years, and then had a break down at the end of January. And made the wrong choice to drink, and then drug, over it.
So I was able to put on the breaks. It feels so good to be in the here and now. And to see the sun shine bright, and the skies blue.
When I was relapsing...everything was so dark and scary. And I felt so trapped.
Thank you for letting me be free again.
