I just wanted to add my two cents about recovery, from my personal experience and reading about the issue I have found that the single most important and beneficial factor in recovery and withdrawal is: nutrition.
I know you don't want to eat but you can't expect your body to heal if you don't give it the building blocks it needs to rebuild. I started to feel better as soon as I was eating regularly. Proteins are the building blocks of life, I know it's hard to eat but you have to start somewhere.
