Yes...I too went in and out of early sobriety often.
Then I read a book....
"under The Influence"
Took that information....re connected with God and AA
and have not had another drink.

for excerpts from " Under The Influence."
I found the part about liver and brain enzymes
especially helpful.
Be gentle with yoourself....you too can recover.
