Thank you for sharing. It's so good to have this board available to get out our feelings and thoughts and then receive understanding from otheres who care to share, too.
I'm thinking it feels like someone turned up the treadmill switch to HIGH - high enough to flip a person right off - boink! Ouch! But, next time we can keep the switch set to an easy pace and keep on keeping on.
I like "doing the sort" - sorting out those who choose to abuse and letting those abusers go and do "whatever".
