I can post all about it, as I kept a travel diary, but it's pretty long. It was not what we were expecting, but it was great to get away from everything. Earlier in the month I had to fly to a funeral - while the vacation wasn't what I was expecting, it was a far sight better than the funeral trip. I didn't get sunburned (yay!) and I didn't get seasick (double yay!), though I did get some impressive saddle sores that are going on day 5 now and still hurtin'.
Just being able to get away was a welcome relief, that's for sure. I have 2 more glorious days before I have to jump back into being a grown up again. Meanwhile, I'm going to goof off as much as possible.
