I remember a while ago I was reading about a technique called Lucid Dreaming. Wikipedia's probabbly a good place to start researching it, or just Google it and you'll get loads of results.
I rarly have to get up early in the mornings so I often lie in bed for a few hours not really awake but not really asleep and I believe I have the abilit to lucid dream like that.
