I pray in all kinds of different ways. Sometimes I am giving thanks, sometimes I am asking for help and sometimes I ask that the lives of others be touched and healed. Another reason I don't even understand myself but, it seems like I may be just wanting contact and to feel connected.
I have found myself in all sorts of different posters while praying ei: walking. sitting, standing, laying flat or face down and even on my knees. It just depends on where I am at I guess.
