Kids are a great leveller aren't they, my nine year old has been rained off from his softball game today so he'll be here shortly. He loves me (his mum) too :0)
That sounds like an interesting experience with the alcohol - your body was clean of it and it protested when you tried it again - I wonder if that's evidence of the allergy thing?
