Started out with a few hours sleep, but wound up talking to a Crisis line at 4 in the morning, after another nightmare about what happened.... it must helped some to talk, because I got back to sleep for a few hours after that. I almost thought I was feeling a bit better, but I sense I'm starting to slip (emotionally) again.
What I wouldn't give for one solid, clean nights sleep - like I had nearly all the time with Sunshine....
