Ever feel like you have an angel and a devil on your shoulders like in the movies?
Like the angel is watching over and helping you not to drinks. But when the
angel takes a 5 minute break to use the restroom, the devil steps in to do something to make you want to drink. Like he's saying "Not drinking, huh? How about this! That's worth having a drink over."
Yesterday, it was problems with my legal situation, then my bowling ball breaking. Today, as I'm driving away from work, I hear a noise. My front passengers side tire is flat! Great! I just love changing tires when it's 15F out. And the real kicker is, I knew I needed to replace my back tires, now I have to spend a couple of hundred more dollars and replace them all. Ugh!
Sorry if I'm whining. I just hoped that the time it would take me to type this up here would give the angel time to get back to my shoulder and help me.
I guess if I can hang on for two more hours until my next meeting in case my angel is constipated.
