BTW With all of your other medical conditions I would highly reccommend seeing your doctor and being TOTALLY HONEST about your drinking.
Withdrawal from alcohol can and does KILL people. If you have high blood already you really do need medical advice/supervision, withdrawals cause normal blood pressures to go through the roof, if you already have high blood pressure withdrawls could kill you.
Being honest with your doctor, that will be far less painful and embarassing then an obituary saying you died from alcohol withdrawals.
