That is why I asked this question, because I wanted to help people with some answers because I have not drank for 7 years. And my feeling was if drinking gets so bad. why drink it anyway? I am having a hard time with that.
I was told when I was 22, that if a person drinks to get drunk, they are alcoholic. If you were to drink even 3 times a year and got drunk you were an alcoholic.
I abused alcohol bad for 8 years. My husband died of cancer at 26. And I drank every day. I do know now that I can never drink just one drink.
